Terms of Service

NeuralHire is an AI-powered interview coaching platform operated by SoftArtificial. The service includes text, voice, and video interview simulations, AI-generated feedback, resume analysis, and related features (collectively, the "Service").

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at neuralhire@softartificial.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the Service.

NeuralHire offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused periods unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale
• Use automated tools to generate interviews or feedback in bulk for resale
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity
• Upload content that is defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or use a single account for multiple people (except enterprise plans with explicit team access)

The Service, including all software, AI models, branding, and content created by SoftArtificial, is owned by SoftArtificial and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, job descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-generated feedback, scorecards, and suggested answers are provided for educational and practice purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice or guarantee employment outcomes. SoftArtificial makes no warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftArtificial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoftArtificial and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice in the app at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
